5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Champs Group, we strive to deliver excellence in every digital product. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom development, our refund policy is structured as follows:
5.1 Custom Development (Web/App)
- Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to commence work. This deposit is non-refundable once the project scope has been agreed upon and resources have been allocated (typically 48 hours after payment).
- Milestones: Payments made upon the completion of specific milestones (e.g., Design Phase, Beta Launch) are non-refundable once the milestone has been approved by the client.
- Final Payment: The final balance is due before the live deployment of the project. Once the site/app is live, no refunds will be issued.
5.2 Subscription Services (VOIP/Hosting)
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly hosting or VOIP subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice.
- Pro-Rata: We do not offer refunds for the remaining period of a billing cycle if you cancel mid-month. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
5.3 Defects & Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty period on all custom code. If a bug or defect arises that is within the original scope of work, we will rectify it at no cost. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins, client modifications, or hosting environment changes not managed by us.
